💶 Salary starting from €14.71 gross/hour + shift allowances
📍 Possible locations: Heijen / Puttershoek / Echt
We are recruiting warehouse workers for Arvato through Hobij in the Netherlands.
Arvato is an international logistics company working with products from industries such as:
healthcare
cosmetics
fashion
electronics
e-commerce / online shops
📦 Your tasks may include:
order picking
packing
scanning products
preparing orders
sorting packages
checking and labeling products
loading/unloading
other warehouse activities
⏰ Working schedule:
Monday to Friday
usually between 06:00 – 19:00
shift work possible
weekend work may be required during busy periods
💶 Additional allowances:
135% for certain evening/morning hours
145% for night shifts
8% holiday allowance
⚠️ Important:
The exact work location cannot always be guaranteed in advance. We always try to inform candidates beforehand and in most cases we succeed, but due to operational changes the final location may sometimes change last minute.
For this reason, candidates must be flexible and willing to work in any of the 3 locations.
🚲 Housing & transport:
The exact housing address is confirmed only on the arrival day, depending on room availability.
Some employees may stay close to work and commute by bike (under 10 km), while others may need to use a Hobij company car.
Candidates must therefore be prepared for both options:
commuting by bike
commuting by car

Willingness to commute either by bike or by car
🚗 Important regarding transport:
In most cases, employees travel to work using Hobij company cars.
Because of this:
candidates must be willing to drive in the Netherlands
drivers may also transport colleagues to/from work
driving licence category B is a strong advantage and often requested
